Friendship English Camp

In 2007, we had 23 Japanese students and 24 staff together for four days in the mountains of Yamaguchi prefecture! Everyone had tons of fun, with dodge ball and hockey, soccer and water games in the hot afternoon sun…

Most importantly, many of these 23 students were able to read from the Bible and hear the Gospel of salvation through Jesus Christ for the very first time. After each Bible message, the students were divided into small groups to talk about what they did and didn’t understand. This was a great opportunity for the Japanese staff to have significant input into these young lives. Praise the Lord!
