Rebecca Tse
Rebecca was born into a Christian family and was baptized at the age of seventeen. She is the fourth of five children, and has three older brothers and one younger brother.
Though from an early age she felt God calling her into ministry, she was determined to work in the business field. However, even after a long time working, God's call continued, and so she couldn't resist and began studying at Alliance Bible Seminary. Rebecca graduated in 2013 with a Master of Christian Studies degree.
Rebecca first contacted Christar when she participated in a short term missions trip in 2011. In obedience to the Great Commission, she has been on several short term missions trips to Macau, China and the Philippines. Rebecca heard God calling her to serve in Japan when she went to Okinawa for a short term missions trip in 2001. She has been serving and working in her Hong Kong sending church in the areas of community service and children/youth teaching for 18 years.
As a new member of Christar, Rebecca is currently studying Japanese full-time. She also speaks English, Mandarin and Cantonese. Rebecca enjoys reading, hiking and biking in her free time.
